Shrimp and pineapple salad

An unusual salad of pineapple and shrimp is interesting for its flavor combination: here the salty taste of shrimp, sweet pineapple and sour notes of lemon juice coexist. Cheese is best used with mozzarella, but if you find it difficult to find, then you can buy any.

Sort the shrimp, rinse and cook in salted boiling water for about 5 minutes. There is no need to cook them for a long time, otherwise the seafood will greatly decrease in size and become rubbery.

Drain the water from the shrimp, let it cool, remove the tails, as well as the remnants of the shell. Set aside about 7 pieces. for decorating salad (perfect and beautiful). Put the rest of the shrimp in a salad bowl, add unsweetened yogurt without additives or low-fat sour cream there (the main thing is that it is not sour). Sprinkle with seasoning and stir.

Open the pineapples, drain the syrup from them, put them on a sieve for a couple of minutes. If pineapples are purchased as washers, cut them into small pieces. Add to shrimp and stir.
