We bring to your attention a salad with shrimp, squid and caviar. Many people love red caviar because of its pleasant taste and high nutritional value. However, caviar is not a cheap product and not everyone can afford it every day, but be sure to prepare such a salad for a family holiday in order to truly surprise and please yourself and your loved ones! And squid and shrimps are the best combination with caviar in one salad.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Dip the squid in boiling water, where spices such as peppercorns and bay leaves, as well as salt, have already been added. Boil the squid quickly, no more than 3-5 minutes, remove from the broth and let cool.
step 2 out of 7
Cut the cooled squid into thin strips.
step 3 out of 7
Boil frozen shrimps as indicated on the package. Usually, the boiling time of these small seafood does not exceed 2-3 minutes after boiling - you do not need to cook longer, so that the shrimp does not acquire an unpleasant “rubbery” taste. Larger shrimps are boiled for 4 minutes. You can also add bay leaves and other spices to the water.
step 4 out of 7
The cooled shrimp must be peeled from the shells.
step 5 out of 7
Pass the garlic cloves through a press.
step 6 out of 7
Boil chicken eggs hard-boiled, then cool, remove the shell and cut them into cubes.
step 7 out of 7
To assemble the salad, place all the ingredients in a salad bowl and stir with mayonnaise, and garnish the salad with red caviar beads on top. The second option for serving is in portions, serving the salad in small plates for each consumer separately.

Bon Appetit!
