Here is a recipe for a simple and delicious seafood salad. The combination of squid and shrimp is very successful. Boiled eggs will perfectly complement the salad and diversify the unity of seafood a little. The salad itself is light and delicious. It is perfect for a festive table and a romantic dinner.

We collect water in a saucepan, put eggs in it and set to simmer on fire for 10 minutes until tender.

Pour boiling water over frozen shrimps and let stand for a couple of minutes. If the shrimp were frozen raw, then the actions will be slightly different - they must be dipped in boiling water and boiled until reddened. Depending on the strength of the fire, this will take up to 5 minutes.

Let's move on to preparing squid. Clean them and pour boiling water over them. Soak them in hot water for a couple of minutes. If you are not a fan of practically raw proteins, then you need to dip the squid in boiling water and cook them until they begin to round. This is a sign that the squid is ready. It will take no more than 3 minutes in time. After that, immediately cool the seafood with cold water to stop the heating of the protein.
