Shrimp and red fish salad

This salad is quite simple to prepare, but the successful combination of tender salted red fish, shrimp and appetizing dressing make this dish an exquisite decoration for any table. Try it!

First, prepare a salad dressing. To do this, whisk the mustard, olive oil and chopped garlic in a blender. It can be replaced with granulated dry garlic.

Next, divide the parmesan into two equal portions. Grate one of them on a fine grater and combine with salad dressing.

Boil the shrimps in salted boiling water for a couple of minutes, cool and peel them. Cut the red fish into small cubes, after removing the skin and all the bones.

Cut the second part of the cheese into thin slices and set aside temporarily.

Cut the baguette into thin small slices and dry in the oven for ten minutes, or quickly fry them in a pan.

Put the salad mixture on a platter, and then place the pieces of red fish on top of the salad.
