Shrimp and mango salad

Prepare the necessary ingredients for the salad.

Season the peeled shrimp with salt and pepper. Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into a well-heated skillet. Place the shrimps and fry on both sides for a few minutes until golden brown. Put the finished shrimp on a plate, previously covered with paper towels.

Rinse the mango well, cut in half. Peel and cut the mango pulp into thin slices.

Open the package of mozzarella cheese, drain the liquid, cut each mozzarella ball in half.
