Shrimp, squid and red fish salad

Light seafood salads will serve as excellent additions to the festive table. Make a shrimp, squid, and red fish appetizer. The last ingredient will add a pleasant salty taste and will become a real highlight of the dish.

Cut the onions into thin half rings and pour boiling water over them. Scald for 2-3 minutes, then squeeze the slices out of the water.

Boil eggs, squid and shrimp separately from each other. Seafood can be added directly to salted water. Then finely chop the squid and eggs. We put everything at once in small salad bowls.

We rub hard cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the red fish into small cubes. We leave a couple of small pieces of fish for decoration.

Salt the salad and season with mayonnaise, mix gently. We form roses from red fish and put them on top of the appetizer. We supplement the picture with fresh parsley. Salad ready! Serve chilled.
