Shrimp, squid and tomato salad

Light salads with shrimp and squid are ideal for the female diet. Despite the fact that they are rich in protein, such salads do not harm the figure in any way. Add some vegetables to seafood and you have a very healthy, vitamin-rich dish.

Peel the squid and shrimp. Boil the squid for 7-10 minutes. Pour boiling water over the shrimps and leave for 3-5 minutes.

Peel the onion and chop finely.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices.

Pour olive oil into a frying pan and fry the garlic in it, the oil will be saturated with the garlic aroma. Remove the garlic from the pan and fry the shrimp in it until golden brown.
