Shrimp salad with crab sticks and cheese

I propose to cook an incredibly tender and delicious salad with shrimps, crab sticks and cheese. The salad can be served in a shared salad bowl or placed in portioned bowls or glasses. I used tartlets to serve. It is better to use sand tartlets (waffle tartlets get soaked quickly).

Place the chicken eggs in a small saucepan, cover with cold water, bring to a boil and cook hard. Open a can of canned corn and drain the liquid through a fine sieve. Pour cold water into a deep saucepan, put on medium heat and bring to a boil. Place the shrimps and boil in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.

Cut the crab sticks into cubes and place in a deep container. Cool the chicken eggs and peel them, cut into medium cubes and place on the crab sticks. Cut the hard cheese into cubes and place in the salad. Add corn. Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.

Spread the prepared salad over the tartlets. Peel the boiled shrimp from the shell, head and intestines.
