A very bright and tasty salad for those who really understand the intricacies of taste. Sometimes, for its noble and beautiful appearance, it is called royal.

Boil the potatoes until tender and cut into cubes. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.

Cut the salmon into cubes. Boil the shrimps in salted water, cool and peel.

Hard boil the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. We only need proteins, cut them into cubes. Spread dry washed lettuce leaves on a plate, put egg white on top. Make a mayonnaise mesh on top of the layer.
