Shrimp, corn and cucumber salad

Shrimp are good in any form. Of course, salad is the easiest and fastest to prepare. Cucumbers and corn will make an easy snack with a pleasant sweet taste.

Pour the shrimps with boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain and cool. Throw the corn in a colander and let all the juice drain.

Wash cucumbers, dry and cut into small cubes.

Hard boil the eggs, cool, peel, coarsely grate or cut into cubes.

In a salad bowl, combine all the ingredients: corn, shrimp, cucumber and eggs. Season the salad with mayonnaise, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes, then serve.
