An incredible salad that cooks in ten minutes and eats just as quickly. Delicate avocado and juicy shrimps will leave no one indifferent. The dressing is made from natural yogurt, it will not add extra calories. This salad is ideal for anyone who cares about proper nutrition.

First, boil the shrimp. To do this, throw them into boiling salted water and cook for 4-5 minutes. We put it in a colander, let it cool slightly and clean it from the shell. Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Cut the pulp into medium-sized pieces.

Put arugula in a bowl. Place the cooled shrimps on top.

Pour avocado pieces into a bowl, add yogurt, sprinkle well with lemon juice. Mix gently with a spoon.

Boil quail eggs hard-boiled. Let it cool completely and clean. We cut each one into two halves.
