First of all, prepare all the necessary ingredients for a salad with shrimp, arugula, cherry tomatoes and pine nuts. First of all, rinse the arugula thoroughly under running water, and then shake off excess moisture. Wash the cherry tomatoes thoroughly in running water and pat dry with a kitchen towel or paper towels.
