The salad is wonderful in every way. It has a delicate taste with sweet undertones. It is usually served in layers, and is eaten very quickly during a pleasant conversation in a circle of loved ones.

Cut the onion into small cubes. Wash the champignons, cut into slices. Fry the onions and mushrooms in vegetable oil until tender.
