This salad can be prepared not only on holidays. The dish turns out to be hearty, but at the same time very tender. For flavor, add one or two cloves of garlic to the dressing.

Wash the mushrooms, dry and cut into slices. Peel the onion, cut into cubes. Fry the onions and mushrooms in vegetable oil until pleasant golden brown.

Peel the smoked leg from the skin, separate the meat from the bones and chop it in random order.

Grate hard-boiled eggs.

Squeeze the pineapples from the syrup and chop finely.

Grate the cheese. Mix mayonnaise with chopped garlic.

Dry the walnuts in a dry frying pan, then chop them with a knife.

Lay the salad in layers in a salad bowl in the following order. Frying onions and mushrooms, chicken, pineapples, eggs, cheese and nuts. Lubricate all layers except the top with mayonnaise dressing. Before serving, the salad should be well soaked; for this, put it in the refrigerator for a while.
