Chicken, pineapple, corn and cucumber salad

A spring-like fresh salad that can be served as an appetizer before the main course. Apart from the time it takes to cook chicken meat, a salad is prepared in a matter of minutes.

Boil chicken fillet and rice in slightly salted water until tender, then cool. Cut the chicken into cubes.

Drain the canned corn and pineapple. Cut the pineapples into cubes. Add these ingredients to a salad bowl.

Wash and grate the cucumber and add to the rest of the ingredients.
