Canned pineapples can now be found in any grocery store. And if before the salad with pineapple was a real delight, now it is absolutely commonplace. Its great taste makes this salad to be made over and over again.

Boil the chicken breast until tender, cool in the broth and chop finely. Place the chicken on a flat dish and brush with a little mayonnaise.

Cut fresh and canned pineapple into small cubes, stir and place on top of the chicken, also coat with mayonnaise.
