Chicken, pineapple, cheese and prune salad

Today I want to offer an unusually tasty and at the same time quite simple recipe for a salad made with chicken, pineapple, cheese and prunes. The salad turns out to be tender, balanced in taste and juicy. A great option for a holiday.

Boil chicken eggs in salted water, cool, peel and chop finely, put in a salad bowl.

Wash the chicken fillet, put in a saucepan and cover with water, salt. Put on fire and bring to a boil, remove the resulting foam with a slotted spoon. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Cool the boiled fillet, and cut into medium-sized cubes, add to the salad bowl.

Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle on top of the canned pineapples. Instead of hard cheese, you can use processed cheese like "Orbit" or "Friendship". Place with the rest of the ingredients.
