Chicken, pineapple, cheese and mushroom salad

With all my heart and with great desire, I want to share my favorite salad recipe made with chicken, pineapple, cheese and mushrooms. This delicate juicy combination will appeal to absolutely everyone, it will perfectly decorate any festive table or family celebration.

Boil the chicken fillet in salted water in advance. Boil chicken eggs in salted water, cool, peel. Peel the red onion and rinse. Open a can of canned pineapple, drain the liquid.

Cut the peeled red onion into thin half rings.

Peel the champignons and cut into large slices.

Heat the pan and brush with vegetable oil. Add chopped red onion and sauté for a few minutes.
