Chicken, pineapple, cheese and corn salad

Today I want to share a great recipe for a simple and delicious salad with chicken, pineapple, cheese and corn. To save time on preparing the salad, you can use canned mushrooms and smoked chicken fillets. Experiment and find your perfect recipe.

Wash the chicken fillet, put in a saucepan and cover with water, salt. Put on fire and bring to a boil, remove the resulting foam with a slotted spoon. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Cool the cooked meat and cut into medium-sized cubes. Place in a deep container.

Open a can of canned corn, drain the liquid, put in a salad bowl with chicken.

Heat a frying pan, pour olive oil. Peel the champignons and cut into slices, put in the pan. Cook for a few minutes. Peel the onions and chop finely. Place in a skillet, season with salt and pepper and cook until all the liquid has evaporated. Cool and place in a salad bowl.
