Chicken, pineapple, cheese and onion salad

For connoisseurs of their free time, I highly recommend preparing a salad with chicken, pineapple, cheese and onions. The salad turns out to be bright in taste and juicy. Use the recipe, and your family and friends will be pleasantly impressed.

Wash the chicken fillet, put in a saucepan and cover with water, salt. Put on fire and bring to a boil, remove the resulting foam with a slotted spoon. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Cool the boiled fillet and cut into medium-sized cubes.

Peel the onions, rinse and chop finely. Peel the champignons and cut into large slices.

Heat a frying pan and brush with olive oil. Place the chopped onions and mushrooms. Cook for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the juice has completely evaporated.

Open a can of canned pineapple, drain the liquid.

Put the fried mushrooms with onions on the bottom of the prepared salad bowl.

Place the chopped chicken fillet in the next layer. Season with salt and coat with mayonnaise.

Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Spread evenly with the next layer, coat with mayonnaise. Garnish with canned pineapples on top. To balance the flavors, I added some cranberries. Serve the prepared salad with chicken, pineapple, cheese and onions.
