It is with great pleasure that I want to share a wonderful recipe for an easy-to-prepare and very tasty salad made with chicken, pineapple, cheese, egg and walnuts. The salad turns out to be appetizing and moderately juicy.

Wash the chicken fillet, put in a saucepan and cover with water, salt. Put on fire and bring to a boil, remove the resulting foam. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Cool the boiled fillet, and cut into medium cubes, put in a salad bowl.

Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle over the canned pineapples. Instead of hard cheese, you can use processed cheese like Orbita or Druzhba. Place with the rest of the ingredients.

Open a can of canned pineapple, drain the liquid. Sort the walnuts from the shell and chop with a knife. Place pineapples and chopped nuts in a salad bowl. Leave some walnuts for decoration.
