Chicken salad with oranges and walnuts

This salad is a real explosion of flavor. Sweet oranges, salted feta, aromatic rich walnuts, tender chicken breast - all the ingredients are surprisingly harmoniously combined. The sweet and sour natural yogurt dressing combines the ingredients and makes the salad juicy. The dish looks festive and elegant.

Preparing products for the salad. We wash and dry the greens. We wash the orange, dry it, peel it and remove white streaks, without taking it into slices.

Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into two halves, rub on both sides with salt, black pepper and ground coriander.

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it until hot. Put the chicken fillet in a frying pan and fry for seven to eight minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Remove the finished chicken pieces from the pan, let them cool and cut into small pieces of any size.

Cut the orange into circles five to seven millimeters thick, cut each circle into eight parts - we get small triangular slices.

Pour the walnuts into a dry frying pan and fry on the medium temperature of the stove for five to seven minutes. During this time, the nuts should dry out and begin to emit a characteristic aroma. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Chop into small pieces with a knife.

Pour the yogurt into a separate bowl, add Dijon mustard, liquid honey and mix thoroughly.

Tear the green salad leaves into small pieces with our hands, put them in a salad bowl, add chopped chicken, orange slices and walnuts there. Pour half of the prepared dressing into a salad bowl and mix gently. For serving, put whole green salad leaves on portioned plates, and spread the salad on them with a spoon. On top we distribute the feta cheese, cut into cubes, and pour the remaining dressing with a spoon. Additionally, you can decorate with parsley. Serve immediately after cooking.
