I want to propose a recipe for a very easy to prepare, delicious and low-calorie chicken salad. This salad can be served for dinner; a light salad will not harm your figure in any way. You can use low-fat kefir or natural yogurt as a dressing.

Prepare the food you need. Take a pot of cold water, add salt and place the washed fillets in it. Bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook for 20 minutes. Cool the finished chicken. Wash and dry vegetables and herbs well.
