We wash the chicken breast and put it in a saucepan, set it to boil. After the water has boiled, remove the scale with a slotted spoon, add salt and cook until cooked for 25-30 minutes. When ready, remove the chicken breast onto a plate and let cool. Then we separate the fillet from the bone and chop finely.
In a salad bowl, combine all the ingredients, season the salad with mayonnaise and salt a little. We put a culinary ring on a serving plate, put a few tablespoons of salad in it, compact it a little with a spoon. Carefully remove the pastry ring and wipe the plate with a napkin.
