Chicken, mushroom and cheese salad

I propose to prepare a fairly popular and common salad with chicken, mushrooms and cheese from the minimum available set of products. The salad is prepared simply and not for long, it turns out very tasty. This salad can be served both daily and for any occasion.

Rinse the chicken fillet thoroughly under running water. Put in a saucepan, cover with water, salt, bring to a boil. Skim off the foam, reduce heat, and simmer for 25 minutes. Put the finished chicken meat on a plate and cool.

Rinse the champignons thoroughly, dry and peel.

Peel the onions, chop finely with a sharp knife. Preheat the skillet well. Pour in a small amount of vegetable oil, add the chopped onion. Stirring occasionally, fry the onion until golden brown.

Cut the peeled mushrooms into thin slices, put in a pan and fry for 10 minutes until the juice has completely evaporated. Salt, pepper, stir, put on a plate until it cools completely.
