A wonderful salad with chicken, which has a bright appearance, mouth-watering aroma and impeccable taste. It is well suited for feasts in autumn and winter.

Peel the onion, cut into feathers, fry it until golden brown in vegetable oil. Transfer the onion to a deep bowl, being careful to keep the oil in the pan.

Cut the mushrooms into slices, also fry them in vegetable oil, they should be properly browned. Then transfer them to the bowl with the onion.

Eggs and chicken fillets can be boiled in advance. Cut the chicken and eggs into small pieces. Add these ingredients to a bowl. Chop the Korean carrots if necessary and add to the bowl as well.
