To all fans of festive salads, I would like to recommend from the bottom of my heart an unusually tasty salad recipe made with chicken, mushrooms, pickles and cheese. The appetizer turns out to be fragrant and juicy. The salad will not go unnoticed by your guests, your loved ones will be delighted.

Remove the frozen mushrooms from the freezer, defrost, chop finely. Canned mushrooms can be used. Peel the onions, rinse and chop with a knife. Heat the pan and brush with olive oil, add prepared mushrooms and onions, fry, salt and pepper to taste.

Boil the chicken fillet in salted water. Cool the cooked meat and cut into medium-sized pieces. Put on a prepared dish in an even layer, add a little salt.
