Chicken and mushroom salad

Salad with chicken and mushrooms is a delicious dish that will be appreciated at the festive table. The appetizer can be served on a common dish or in portions. This salad will look original in tartlets.

Rinse fresh mushrooms, dry and peel them.

Cut the peeled mushrooms into small pieces.

Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into a well-heated skillet. Lay out the chopped champignons, salt and pepper, mix well. Cook for 10 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Put the finished mushrooms on a plate until they cool completely.
