Chicken, kiwi and apple salad

Once on a New Year's visit I had a chance to taste an incredible-tasting salad with chicken, kiwi and apple. Since then, I often use this recipe and prepare this unusually tender, light and bright salad for almost all festive celebrations!

Boil the chicken fillet in advance and chop finely. Boil chicken eggs. Separate the whites from the yolks, grate separately on a coarse grater. Wash, peel and cut the kiwi into thin slices. Wash the apples, peel, core with seeds, cut into thin slices. Boil the carrots and grate on a coarse grater.

Prepare the dish on which you will collect the salad. Place the glass in the center. Put chicken fillet around, salt a little. Coat with mayonnaise.

Lay out the chopped chicken proteins in the next layer. Salt a little and coat with mayonnaise.

Then lay out the boiled carrots, salt and coat with mayonnaise.

Place the apple slices in the next layer, spreading evenly over the entire surface of the salad. Brush with mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with chopped chicken yolks. Coat with mayonnaise.

Remove the glass carefully. Garnish the salad with kiwi slices and pomegranate seeds.

Rinse the dill, shake off excess moisture, decorate the salad. Serve a festive bright salad with chicken, kiwi and apple.
