Chicken salad with Korean carrots and potatoes

With a great desire I want to share an excellent recipe for an easy-to-prepare and quite tasty and juicy salad made with chicken, Korean carrots and potatoes. The salad is appetizing and satisfying.

Wash the potatoes well, boil in salted water, cool completely and peel them.

Grate the peeled potatoes on a fine grater and put on a dish or in a salad bowl in which you will collect the salad.
