Chicken salad with pickled mushrooms and corn

A hearty and delicious salad with sweet corn, boiled chicken and mushrooms is quick to prepare. It only takes time to soak it, do not forget to take this into account and cook it a few hours before serving.

Cook the chicken fillet in salted water, leave to cool and then cut into cubes. Rinse the champignons a little and let the liquid drain. Fry them over medium heat with oil for 2 minutes. Boil the eggs until tender, cool and chop. Place them in a salad bowl and brush the layer with mayonnaise.
