Chicken, cucumber and prune salad

Today I want to propose a gorgeous recipe for an extraordinary, mouth-watering salad with chicken, cucumber and prunes. An unusual and interesting combination of ingredients will appeal to absolutely everyone. I prepare such a salad on holidays. The salad can be served in portions or on a large communal platter.

Wash the prunes thoroughly, pat dry with paper towels. Cut into thin strips. If the prunes are too hard, pre-pour boiling water over it and leave for a while.

Wash cucumbers well, dry, cut the tails, peel with a vegetable peeler and cut into strips.

Sort the walnuts from the shell and partitions, and then chop with a knife.

Prepare a dressing. Combine olive oil, sweet mustard, lemon juice, honey, curry and salt in a deep bowl.
