It is with great pleasure that I would like to recommend an appetizing, juicy salad with chicken, cucumber, corn and bell pepper. The salad turns out to be unusually tasty, beautiful and festively elegant. A balanced salad will appeal to everyone who loves light meals.

Wash and dry the bell peppers and cucumbers. Wash the chicken fillet, put in a saucepan and cover with water, salt. Put on fire and bring to a boil, remove foam with a slotted spoon. Reduce heat and cook for 15-20 minutes. Boil chicken eggs in salted water and cool.

Cool the boiled chicken fillet and cut into medium-sized cubes. You can also use baked or smoked chicken.

Cut the cucumbers into small cubes.
