With joy and great desire I want to share my favorite salad recipe made with chicken, cucumber, corn and tomatoes. A bright juicy flavor combination will appeal to absolutely everyone, and will also decorate any festive celebration or family feast.

Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into thin slices, if desired, you can slightly beat off. Place on special seasoned paper.
