Today I propose to use a simple recipe and prepare an appetizing and very tasty salad, which I constantly cook for family feasts. The salad with chicken, cheese, corn and cucumber turns out to be unusually juicy and bright. Cook and you will be delighted.

Break the chicken eggs into a deep container, pour in the milk, salt and use a whisk to bring to a homogeneous consistency. Heat the pan well, brush with vegetable oil. Fry the egg pancakes on both sides.

Wash the cucumbers thoroughly, dry with paper towels, cut the tails, and then chop finely.
