For lovers of hearty simple salads, I highly recommend preparing a salad with chicken, cheese, carrots and potatoes. This salad can be prepared for a family dinner or a festive meal. It takes a minimum of time to prepare the salad and the available ingredients that can be found in any kitchen.

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them in salted water. Cool the finished potatoes, peel them, chop them with a fine grater and put them in a prepared dish, salt and coat with mayonnaise.
