Appetizing and fragrant salad with chanterelles can be served as an appetizer or as an independent light dish. The salad is simple and quick to prepare, but original and memorable in taste.

Peel the onion and garlic, then finely chop.

We wash the chanterelles thoroughly. If too large mushrooms come across, then they must be cut.
