Mussel salad

Mussels are a type of seafood rich in protein, low in fat and carbohydrates. Mussels are eaten both thermally processed and raw. Mussels are rich in vitamins and minerals that are beneficial to human health. Mussels can be used to prepare main courses and snacks. I suggest making a salad with mussels. It can be served both in a large salad bowl and in portions - in tartlets or in beautiful glasses.
