Salad with mussels and vegetables

Fresh vegetables are perfect with seafood, if you have not tried to prepare a salad with such a combination, then it's time to fix it. For these purposes, any vegetables and frozen seafood are suitable, we will use mussels.

Defrost the mussels, put them in boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes, then discard in a colander and leave to cool.
