Mussel and egg salad

Bright, juicy and vitamin-rich, such a salad will definitely not go unnoticed. The mussels in the composition make it special and even festive - it's not just a mixture of fresh vegetables. And the savory dressing ties the flavors of all the ingredients together.

Preparing products for the salad. Boil eggs, rinse and dry vegetables and herbs. Defrost the mussels, rinse.

Cut the onion and garlic into small pieces with a sharp knife.

Heat the oil in a skillet and pour the onion and garlic into it. Pass the onion pieces until transparent.

Put the mussels in a skillet with the onion and garlic, fill with white wine and simmer on the high temperature of the stove for 5-6 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix.

After the end of stewing, immediately take out the mussels with a slotted spoon and transfer them to a separate bowl. Let cool completely.

For dressing, put the garlic passed through a press in a bowl. Fill with olive oil. Finely chop the basil leaves and send them to a bowl. Pour in lemon or lime juice. Mix well.

Cut the tomatoes into slices, drain the excess juice. Peel the pepper and cut into thin strips. Tear the green salad into large pieces with our hands. In a wide salad bowl, mix pieces of green salad, tomatoes, peppers and chopped herbs.
