Salad with mussels in oil

When you want something exotic, you can make a salad with pickled mussels in oil. In addition to the main ingredient, it includes fresh cucumbers, boiled eggs and mayonnaise, but the role of these products is only to emphasize the taste of seafood.

Wash cucumbers, wipe dry and cut off the ends. Cut into large cubes or strips together with the peel.

Put the eggs in boiling salted water and cook for exactly 10 minutes, then quickly cool in ice water and peel. Leave one or two quarters of the egg to garnish. Cut the eggs into large pieces and add to the cucumbers.

Drain the marinade from the mussels and send them to the container with the chopped ingredients.
