Peas go well with liver. This fact is the basis for the recipe for salad with liver and peas. A spicy, unusual salad is prepared quickly and simply and at the same time it turns out to be very tasty, and, most importantly, healthy.

Fry the chicken liver in vegetable oil until golden brown, put on a paper kitchen towel to remove excess oil, let cool. Cut the cooled liver into small pieces.

Boil eggs hard-boiled, let cool, cut into small cubes.

Peel the onion, cut into half rings, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Finely chop the green onion.

In a deep bowl, combine the chicken liver, eggs, green onions and fried onions together with the oil in which it was fried. Pour canned peas into the salad.
