Liver and Mushroom Salad

A small amount of ingredients creates such a complete and perfect dish: mushrooms, liver and fresh tomato, sprinkled with cheese, go well together. The rich taste of the salad and its beautiful presentation in separate bowls will rightfully give you the right to feel like a chef of an expensive restaurant.

Rinse a piece of liver and boil in boiling water along with whole peeled onions and bay leaves, salt and cook for 40 minutes. Remove and cool.

Peel and rinse fresh mushrooms. You can also cook with frozen food, then defrost it beforehand. Grind in medium cubes. Fry in a hot skillet, covered with butter for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Rinse a large tomato (or 2 small ones), cut out the place where the stalk is attached and cut into cubes. If the tomato is watery, remove the pulp.

When there is no liquid in the pan, add a little salt and pepper the mushrooms. Transfer them to a plate, pressing with a spoon to the board, squeezing out excess oil and moisture. Let the product cool down.

Prepare salad bowls, they must be absolutely clean and dry. Use transparent dishes effectively. Cut the liver into cubes and place in equal portions on the bottom of each bowl.
