Liver salad in layers

It is enough to lay out the salad in layers, and it will always look spectacular on the table. This is sometimes done because, when mixed, some foods lose color and the salad turns gray.

Boil the liver, after it has cooled, grate on a coarse grater.

Boil the carrots, peel and grate on a coarse grater.

Hard boil the eggs, cool, remove the shell, separate the whites from the yolks. Grind the proteins.

Cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes.

Peel the onion, cut into cubes and fry until half cooked in a pan.

Form the salad in the following order. The first layer of liver, brush it with mayonnaise, then fried onions, cucumbers, a layer of carrots, brush this layer with mayonnaise. The next layer of proteins, on top of it also put mayonnaise, sprinkle the salad with chopped yolk on top. The festive salad is ready.
