Pork liver salad

Everyone treats the taste of the liver differently. But they all agree on one thing, salads with liver turn out to be very satisfying and can easily pass for a full dinner.

Boil pork liver for salad without salt, cool and cut into small cubes.

Remove the husks from the onions and cut them into thin half rings. Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into a preheated skillet and fry the onions in it.

Bell peppers need to be cleaned of partitions and seeds, cut the pulp into small cubes.

Drain the corn and add it to a bowl with the other ingredients.

Rinse and peel the carrots. Using a Korean carrot grater, grate it with straws, if there is no such grater, use a regular one.
