Cod liver salad is a hearty salad that is easy to prepare. The hardest part of cooking is to boil the rice. The appetizer is prepared from a minimal set of products and turns out to be unusual and tasty. The salad can be served in one large salad bowl or in portions. Use fresh herbs for decoration.
