Layered cod liver salad

Cod liver is rich in vitamins and nutrients. In combination with vegetables and eggs from the liver, a healthy and satisfying salad is obtained. When choosing cod liver on store shelves, it is advisable to give preference to pieces of whole liver, rather than crushed ones. It is also important that in addition to the liver, the composition contains only oil and salt, without other additives.

We prepare products for making salad. It is necessary to boil carrots and potatoes "in their uniform" in advance. Hard-boiled eggs. Let them cool completely and peel them.

We open the jar with cod liver, drain a little oil and knead the product with a fork right in the jar.

Peel potatoes and carrots. We disassemble the eggs into yolk and white. Grate potatoes and squirrels on a coarse grater. Rub the yolks and carrots on a grater with small holes.

We wash the cucumber, dry it and cut off the ends. We cut it into thin slices, which we then cut into strips. Hard cheese must be grated on a coarse grater. We wash the dill, dry it and chop it finely with a knife.

Place the grated potatoes in a first layer on a serving dish. Cover with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Put the mashed cod liver on the potatoes. Sprinkle it with ground black pepper. Next, we put chopped dill greens. Put the cucumber straws on top of the herbs and thinly coat with mayonnaise. Sprinkle the cucumber layer with grated proteins, grease with mayonnaise. Spread a layer of grated carrots and coat with mayonnaise again. Pour the grated cheese, grease it thinly with mayonnaise. Put the yolk crumbs in the last layer. We decorate the surface with a sprig of dill. It is recommended to let the salad soak for two hours in the refrigerator.
