An original appetizer is a salad, laid out in portioned commercial tartlets. We bring to your attention two delicious fillings, which are united by one component - cod liver.

Remove the cod liver from the jar, drain the oil. Divide the liver itself in half and put in two plates, knead there with a fork. Boil the eggs, cool and peel, cut into small cubes and divide equally between the plates.

Cook the carrots with the skin, peel and grate finely.

Cut the cucumbers in half, drain the marinade. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes along with the peel.

In one bowl, with cod liver and chopped eggs, put cucumbers, carrots squeezed from the liquid with your hands and add mayonnaise.
