Chinese cabbage salad without mayonnaise

This salad, for which you do not need to cook anything, can be served as verrines - glasses with a portion of salad inside. It turns out exquisitely and beautifully: bright layers of cabbage, corn, tuna and onions are visible through the glass.

Put the tuna in a bowl, drain the juice separately. Wash and dry three serving glasses. Mash the fish with a fork and put in the first layer in a glass.

Rinse the cabbage, shake off excess water and chop finely, put on top of the tuna.

Peel the onion, cut in half, and then cut into thin quarter-rings. If the onion is bitter, pour boiling water over it and squeeze it out. Place the onion as the next layer after the Chinese cabbage.

Drain the marinade from canned corn, put it in a sieve to remove excess moisture. Arrange the corn on top.

Mix olive oil with a little tuna oil, add lemon juice, add black pepper and stir. Pour this dressing over the salad in all three glasses. Decorate as you wish. Can be served immediately.
