Peking cabbage goes well with many foods, and its union with pineapples has become almost classic. We supplement this familiar combination with crab sticks and change the form of serving the salad - and the dish is already capable of giving the impression of an absolute novelty.

Preparing the ingredients for the salad. We open a can of canned pineapples. We remove four rings (note, you need canned pineapples in the form of rings) and let the excess liquid drain completely.

We release the crab sticks from the packaging and cut into small cubes.

Cook chicken eggs for 10-12 minutes until the yolk is firm. Cool the eggs in cold water and peel them. Cut into small pieces.

Grate the cheese with fine holes.

Dry the rings of canned pineapple with paper napkins, as excess liquid is not needed. We put the rings on a serving dish or immediately on individual portioned plates.

We wash the Chinese cabbage, dry it with a paper towel. Cut the upper, most delicate part of the sheet into small pieces. We do not use areas with dense veins for this salad. Put the sliced ​​tender areas of cabbage on top of the pineapples laid on a plate.

On top of the Chinese cabbage, carefully lay the pieces of boiled eggs, being careful not to spill them outside the pineapple ring. From the bag with the cut off corner, squeeze the mayonnaise onto the eggs with a thin stream.

Put pieces of crab sticks on the mayonnaise "mesh", also trying not to go beyond the portion boundaries. Squeeze out some mayonnaise again in the form of a mesh.
